Key responsibilities:
? Extracting invoices and needed details from emails received from internal and external contacts
? Checking and processing all types of invoices from the European divisions (PO, Non-PO and Pre-Approved invoices)
? Checking and auditing European employee business expenses using the Oracle iExpense system.
? Follow the document retention standards for the European Union
? Work closely with teammates to ensure the successful close of the AP module for all European divisions.
? Investigate issues with invoices received directly with the local teams, internal buyers and external suppliers.
? Assist AP manager where needed with activities such as, reporting, audit support, close process, reconciliations and the intercompany netting process.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
? Minimum 1 ~ 3 years' relevant Accounts Payable experience
? Possess a positive and proactive attitude to resolve problems.
? Experience with basic financial and word processing software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
? Experience with Oracle or Markview software will be advantageous
? Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
? Ability to communicate in written and spoken English language (required).
? Some experience with either French or German language will be advantageous.
? Strong collaboration and cross-functional communications skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
