Job Title:
Site Project Engineer
Purpose of the Job:
Within a Nuclear Power Plant Construction Project and under the responsibility of the “Site PE Leader”, the Site Project Engineer handles the overall management of Equipments under his responsibility: management of the interfaces with the Engineering Dept., management of the interfaces with our Partner Cie, participation to the closure of Non Conformances and Site Questions, identification and preparation of Change Proposals to our Customer, etc.
The Site Project Engineer may manage globally all the remaining activities for key packages: remaining Manufacturing / Installation works and Commissioning.
Organization Structure:
Belongs to the Site Equipment Team.
Organizational Reporting:
Reports to the Site Equipment Manager.
Interfaces:
? External: Client, Partner Company, Suppliers, Installation Company.
? Internal: Engineering Department (Site & Europe), Other Project Engineers (Site, Shenzhen, Europe), Installation Team, Commissioning Team.
Objectives:
? Management of non-conformances & Site questions for delivered equipments,
? Supply / Re-Supply management in relation with the Engineering Department, our Partner and the Client,
? To follow-up the remaining works to be performed by the Supplier. To prepare and organize the remaining Commissioning activities as relevant (scheduling, resources preparation, project supervision, invoicing preparation),
? Other missions / objectives could be allocated during the mission, according to the Site needs.
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Requirements:
M.Sc. degree / +5 years professional experience.
Knowledge / Experience:
? Field experience of major construction projects within a multicultural ambiance,
? Successful previous Project Engineer experiences,
? Knowledge of Installation & Commissioning phases. Active participation to such phases as Installation Engineer or Commissioning Engineer is an added value,
? English mandatory.
? Chinese is an added value.
Behavioural Skills / Competencies:
Autonomy, Serioussness, reactvity.
Technical Skills / Competencies:
? Project Management,
? Mechanical and Electrical knowledge,
? Computer basic (word, excel, ppt) knowledge.
