Position Summary工作摘要:
Working with a strong technical team in Technology department, the project leader will lead cross functional team in the plant to implement innovation projects and manufacturing capacity expansion projects. Technology department is enabling function in the plant to support all production units to achieve practice excellence, including Blood Tubing Sets, Dialyzer, Plastics Components, PD solution and HD Machine. Main responsibility is manufacturing engineering projects. Major tasks in projects are: conception and planning of new production process, manufacturing equipment procurement, installation and validation. Training of production personal, handover to commercial production. In parallel technology department supports all production units in terms of optimization of process engineering.
Responsibilities/ Authorities工作职责权限:
1. Create project plan in terms of investment, resources and milestones, oversee execution of all related actions, take pro-active measurement to avoid deviation from project target
2. Work out manufacturing concept with internal customer and external supplier to deliver URS (user requirement specification) and SFS (supplier feature specification) as start point of technical projects
3. Make cost and benefit evaluation with procurement team to prepare supplier selection data
4. Lead and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project quality based on our company standard
5. Manage suppliers to ensure excellent result based on specifications
6. Initiate process risk analysis with local plant team (and external supplier when necessary) to deliver input data for process validation
7. Oversee all relevant equipment qualification will be done properly to ensure best product quality
8. Training for local project team and production staff in terms of process and technology, support local plant team to ramp-up production
9. Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.
10. Go on business travel, including international.
Qualifications任职资格:
Education background教育背景:
Master of science or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industry Engineering, Chemical Engineering, ect.
Work experience工作经验:
At least 8 years working experience, medical company preferred. Minimal 3 years project lead management experience in an intercultural cross functional team.
Manufacturing or engineering department, familiar with automation equipment and sterilization process
Competence and skills技能技巧:
Strong competence in process engineering and production system
Very good project management skill
Good skills in PC, MS office
Familiar with cGMP and ISO 13486
Familiar with Lean manufacturing system
Others其它:

Very good English in speaking and writing.
