Overview:

As a Market Executive your primary responsibility is to support hotel account management. Namely in assigned market, to assist Agoda’s acquisition of new hotels, to ensure content, availability and pricing of Agoda’s hotel product are competitive and accurate, to manage and build/maintain relationships with hotel partners, to follow and report related tasks assigned by Market Managers and Senior Market Managers.

Responsibilities:

Visit important hotels/ Make phone calls with hotel partner regularly
Responsible for hotels coverage in assigned market
Train new hotels on how to use the extranet, manage system, rates and availability on site
Be responsible for timely and accurate update of rate, allotment, and content for new and existing hotels.
Rate checks and competitor checks, ensure rates and availability are competitive
Evaluate production and determine follow up action, help increase.
Prepare reports as necessary
Follow up relating issues on payment for bookings, allotment, vouchers, notification, cancellations
Coordinate, support the Market Managers and Senior Market Managers in all systems and related tasks

Qualifications:

Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Strong Team Player and goal oriented person.
International exposure.
Experience in online travel market research and analysis.
Computer skill essential. Microsoft Excel and Power Point are must.
Education in Tourism related field is an advantage
