Responsibilities:

Overall:
- Develop digital marketing strategy based on brand position, digital marketing scene and consumer online behavior
- Digital marketing planning & execution of digital campaigns based on brand communication objectives of China consumer brands (Anmum and Anlene)
- Digital media relationship build-up, maintain and management
- Building & maintain two brands websites to fulfill consumer experience
- Social media content creation and management
- Manage working relationships with digital agencies
- Close cross-functional work with brand marketing as well as China trade marketing, Sales teams etc.
- Execute key digital marketing process & track KPI timely
- Conduct digital marketing survey as well as consumer insight work
- Budget plan and management for digital initiatives

Brand Website Management
- Manage & update Website contents
- Drive Website traffic & registrations
- Create innovative engagement with visitors via programs & campaigns

Drive Social Media Marketing
- Weibo content management and activities creation
- Leverage and create contents from brand teams and UGC, adapt to social media platforms
- Build linkage with media editors, key websites & key customers
- Build and manage KOL network

Campaign implementation and management
- Develop and execution of 360 degree digital marketing plan and seasonal campaigns
- Annual media package negotiation and media relationship buildup maintain
- Recommend creative digital marketing touch points and media efficiency
- SEM/SEO strategy and implementation
- On-line KPIs tracking & evaluation
- Agency management and timeline ensure

CRM & E-Commerce
- Drive CRM utilization through the development of goals/objectives for CRM initiatives.
- Build the quality/size and extent of profiling to constantly improve the utility of the CRM resource
- Drive improving understanding and actual utilization of CRM through the execution of database marketing activities
- Innovatively create new CRM touch points.
- Always link with ecommerce during implementation digital marketing programs.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of internet technological capabilities and web marketing, including best practices
- Relevant knowledge and experience of digital marketing, digital media and e-commence
- Ability to build, lead and deliver results with a clear sense of urgency.
- Good project and time management skill; Strong analytical skill
- Ability to assess, hire and deploy the right internal and external resources to achieve the objectives.
- Ability to multi-task across multiple SKU's and categories.
- Relationships with and/or knowledge of digital vendors and providers.
- Social media expertise and has existing relationships; Proven ability to effectively use social media and execute digital media strategies
- Must have outstanding communication skills with emphasis on cross functional work environment.
- Proactively self-driven, good English in oral and written

Education and Experience Required:
- Typically a B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of digital marketing related experience; Agency working experience preferred.
