清华大学研究生院招聘外籍专家启事
因工作需要，清华大学研究生院拟招聘外籍专家1名，承担研究生国际化培养项目建设、管理和咨询相关工作。
一、岗位职责
1. 参与国际化培养项目、国际化课程和有关信息系统的规划与建设；
2. 负责研究生国际化培养管理相关文件、通知外文版起草；
3. 负责针对国际研究生的培养过程咨询；
4. 负责国际研究生关于培养环节、课程的意见和建议收集与反馈；
5. 参与国内外研究生国际化教育项目调研分析；
6. 协调留学生新生入学教育活动；
7. 其他清华研究生国际化相关任务。
二、应聘条件
1. 具有硕士及以上学历；
2. 英文母语，并具有较好的中文能力，具备跨文化沟通能力，熟练使用相关办公软件；
3. 有责任感、敬业精神和服务意识；有良好的组织协调能力和团队意识；
4. 具有国际化教育背景，熟悉中国和世界其他主要国家的教育情况；
5. 品行端正，身心健康，年龄一般不超过40周岁；
6. 具有海外高校工作经验者优先。
三、薪酬待遇
      录用后按清华大学外籍专家待遇标准执行。

Foreign Expert Wanted
The Graduate School of Tsinghua University is seeking a foreign expert for further development of international education. Below listed are the responsibility, specific requirements and remuneration for this position.
 
Responsibility:
1. Promote the development of international education programs.
2. Draft English-version regulations and announcements for international education.
3. Provide counseling for international students.
4. Collect suggestions from international students and give feedback.
5. Conduct research into international education programs in China and abroad.
6. Coordinate orientations for international students.
 
Application Requirements:
 
1. Take a degree or professional qualification at an equivalent level of master’s degrees or above.
2. English native speaker, Strong bilingual (English and Chinese) communication (written and verbal) skills; Cross-cultural communication skills; Adept at using office software.
3. Passion for education administration; Strong sense of responsibility; Organizational skills and team spirit.
4. Overseas study experiences; Familiar with higher education in China and the world.
5. Preference of work experiences in overseas universities.

工业工程在国外已经有一百多年的历史，是美国七大传统工程学科之一。它融工程和管理于一体，对工业发达国家的经济与社会发展起了巨大的推动作用。工业工程是关于复杂系统有效运作的科学，它将工程技术与管理科学相结合，从系统的角度对各行各业的企业或组织中的实际问题进行定量的分析、优化与设计。它是一门以系统效益为目标的、独立的工程学科。

清华大学1993年设立工业工程专业研究生学位授予点，1994年开始招收硕士和博士研究生，1997年开始招收本科生，2001年10月11日正式成立工业工程系，特聘美国工程院院士、美国普渡大学工业工程系萨文迪（Gavriel Salvendy）教授出任系主任和讲席教授。工业工程系拥有一支年轻精干的教职员工队伍，全系在职教师30余人，教学科研辅助人员30余人，本科生在校生约260人（其中留学生约10人），另有工业工程辅修专业班和统计学辅修专业班每年共约90人。在校研究生900余人（含在职学生约580人，留学生约80人），国内外系友3000余人。

我系本着高起点、高水平、开放式的办学方针，创新教育模式，追求学术卓越，在人才培养、学术研究和社会服务等方面都取得了丰硕的成果，在国内外享有盛誉。
