This position will be focal / leader representing Sourcing on integration teams. In this role, you will:

Essential Responsibilities

* Determine level of integration into the GET existing sourcing structure * Develop 30, 60, 90, 180, 360 day sourcing integration plans and monitor / ensure level of completion * Ensure security of supply with special focus on sole source suppliers * Establish agreements with critical, sole sourced suppliers * Leverage GET buy to ensure achieving integration savings * Roll out GE standard T&C and souring protocol / procedures within newly acquired businesses * Establish direct and indirect spend, establish integration plan with GE Transportation strategic sourcing and GE based initiatives, including, landed cost, sole source reduction, payment terms, and deflation

Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sourcing position * Ability and willingness to travel as required
