职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 参与新维修和工厂设施管理项目的服务方案和报价审核；
2. 支持新服务项目的启动，包括新员工招聘、人力资源调配、管理体系导入、新队伍人员考察、建立与客户的沟通渠道；
3. 制定审核服务项目的年度预算，并根据预算严格控制服务项目的采购报销等成本；
4. 监控服务项目的运行情况，包括成本控制、管理流程和体系完善、团队建设、员工技术能力考评和培训、客户关系管理、服务效率和质量；
5. 人事管理，帮助现场经理确定项目的组织结构、岗位职责、技术能力要求，协调协助现场经理进行人员招聘、岗位调整、人员考核、工资调整、奖金分配等工作，参与关键岗位员工的招聘，审核关键岗位员工的实际技术和管理能力评审，审核关键员工的培训和发展计划，定期对关键员工进行考核，定期与服务现场员工进行面对面的沟通，了解员工动态，传播公司价值观和文化；
6. 安全管理，监督服务项目严格按照公司内容和客户的安全管理规范操作运行，定期进行安全审核；
7. 质量管理，监督服务项目严格按照服务合同规定向客户提供良好的服务，定期进行服务项目的全面审核，如管理流程、人员技能、团队稳定性、工作计划、工作记录、数据统计分析和持续改进；
8. 客户关系维护，定期和客户的管理负责人进行沟通，收集客户的反馈意见，并指导服务现场不断提高客户满意度；
9. 跟踪服务项目的收款情况，支持服务项目按时收回服务费；
10. 制定现场经理的年度目标，并对现场经理定期进行评估；
11. 协调项目之间的技术支持和交流，协调公司内部的培训资源为各服务项目的运营提供支持；
12. 根据宏观的经济形式和行业动态，预测可能遇到的运营问题，并及时制定预案，调整运营重点；
13. 处理服务项目出现的临时运营问题，如人员流动、员工违纪、客户投诉、技术攻关、应急支持等；
14. 服务合同延期和服务费调整的项目财务计算及与客户的商务谈判。
任职资格：
1.30-45岁，本科以上学历，电气、机械、管理等相关专业，英语良好；
2.身体健康，五官端正，良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识，愿意从事设备维修和工厂设施管理服务项目管理工作；
3.有5年以上机电生产设备维修、工厂设施管理等企业的从业经验；
4.有设备维修、工厂设施管理经验；
5.有人事管理、项目财务计算、合同管理经验；
6.懂TPM维修体系，并有TPM维修体系建设和推行经验；
7.工作协调能力强，有工作指导经验；
8.本岗位工作地点：上海。
