Objective of job
To support Vehicle Usage by handling Company Cars’ maintenance and repair payments; continuously keep in contact with Asset Users as well as external companies (ie. Dealers and Workshops); handling monthly reports of vehicle usage and costs of usage; and updating and filing updated Asset Users’ data information for better efficiency within internal database system.
Task designation
1 Payment support of Company Cars’ maintenance and repair payments and billing:
Tracking and clarify data and prepare payment vouchers and supporting documents to be given to AP for payment, also communicate with the workshops on the issue above.
2 Company Car Database Maintenance: Filing and Maintenance of Asset User Data in Database and filing
3 Calculating, Organizing, and Formulating Monthly Charges and Report for Vehicle Usage and Costs
4 Company Car User driver licence data filing and maintenance, also communicate with users on updating information
Qualification required
O Skills –general skills, personality traits,
Administration and services skills; communication skills (articulate); good interpersonal skills ( team player, patient and easy going); diligent worker
O Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills
Word, Excel, Powerpoint
O Experience and education: University degree
O Mgt and leadership skills,
