对外在遵守公司规章制度与维护公司利益的前提下为客户提供最大价值和最高品质的产品与服务；对内为相关部门提供准确及时的数据信息；充分沟通，协调资源，以在内部和外界之间达到配合无间运作。


主要职责

日常业务
接收并处理电话、邮件、传真等方式的客户订单，跟踪发票及货款情况，对分拨库房的库存情况进行管控。保持与客户的良好沟通渠道，与销售、生产、物流等进行日常沟通。承办与协助完成其他工作范围内的工作，并在有需要的情况下给予其他同事协助。

内部协调
在订单、发货、对账异常时与销售人员联系，为销售提供所需的数据报表；就成品库存及发货需求与生产及物流联系；就发票及汇款及库存情况与财务联系，提供准确及时的数据。

管理
分拨仓库管理：根据库存及订单情况制定移库单、安排月度盘点、安排日常发货、提供月度帐实差异给财务；复核第三方物流月度结算并申请付款。

个人能力
- 诚实正直、敬业认真
- 有较强的沟通、协调能力
- 有全局观，具备团队意识
其他
- 普通话标准，口齿伶俐
- 年龄段：26岁以上
- 中专或以上学历，熟练掌握Word、Excel等基本办公应用软件
- 有销售行政经验优先

Andros China Factory is located in the north of Beijing and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
