职位描述

Objective of job
Responsible for MB truck dealer sales management in sales region defined by DTC.

Task designation
1 Sales & Marketing Strategy – Regional Sales S/C - 25%
Negotiation/agreement on general targets/pricing with retailers committee.
Follow up on quantitative/qualitative targets for market.
Preparation and discussion on monthly reports on targets and development of corrective measures/sales actions.
Incentive Management and Discount Approval.
Calculation of target achievement and qualitative fulfilment.
Ensure compliance conform behaviour of dealers and partners.
2 Dealer Sales Management & Activity S - 25%
Ensure the achievement of profit and volume targets by creating transparency on current performance, by coaching and training retail organization.
Ensure a consistent and efficient support for retail partners with adequate incentive and reward programs.
Negotiate target agreements with retailers (explaining/agreement on individual targets/pricing/discount policy with retailers).
Follow up on quantitative/qualitative targets for retailers.
Development of corrective measures/action plans for individual retailers.
Generation of action plans for new or poor performing dealers.
Implementation/follow up of action plans.
Application of consistent discount policy and sales actions.
Support dealers in Retail Marketing activities.
Support CSI and SSI surveys.
Regional market penetration and competitor analysis.
Company policies implementation.
Identify and develop potential customers in a joint effort with dealer’s sources.
Customer care and biz. visit with dealer sales personnel.
Dealer Stock management support.
Customer data base maintenance and data analysis.
3 Support Product Management C - 10%
Provide market specific input to DTC/ST for the development of new CV models.
Define correct model mix and product specifications for China.
Support the analysis of total market and segments, customer research,competitor development of new products and models.
4 Support Marketing Communication C - 10%
Set parameters for the implementation of marketing communication programs and sales promotion activities in support to achieve sales targets.
Support and coordinate between DNEA Marketing dept.and dealers in terms of customer events, exhibitions, advertisement and all kinds of marketing activities.
5 Retail Consulting and Order Support – Sales Skills on-site Coaching C - 10%
Organize and monitor an efficient ordering, payment and delivery process in order to secure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles to fulfil dealer needs.
Handle allocation management for dealers and stock orders.
Design content of sales contract and bidding documents.
6 Sales Planning and Reporting S/C - 10%
Ensure realization of market potentials for new MB truck sales by thoroughly forecasting sales volumes and requirements and provide full transparency on business performance in a cost efficient way.
7 Dealer Personnel Management Support C - 10%
Lead, motivate and develop allocated dealer sales staff by target agreements and performance evaluations on basis of mission statement.
Ensure the achievement of the agreed dealer targets by adequate control and support.
Support new dealer sales staff recruitment.
Ensure diversity and compliance in the company by fostering a corporate culture according to Daimler corporate values.

Qualification required
Education
Engineer in major of automotive, commercial knowledge, English/German ability, sales training program

Experience
Automotive and production, international trade business, skill of local sales

Specific Knowledge
Professional products, market and competitors, enthusiasm
