工作职责

- 负责早教中心的行政事务
- 负责早教中心的接待工作，如：接听来电、接待来访者
- 协助处理内/外部的各种事宜
- 协助中心招募学员,统计出勤率以及客户服务
- 玩具和产品的销售

入职要求

- 大专或者以上学历, 有服务业的相关工作经验者佳
- 良好英语及普通话的交流能力
- 有较好的计算机能力,如word, excel和email
- 成熟稳重,乐于助人并且能够积极主动完成任务的能力
- 良好的沟通,协调
- 形象好,气质佳

职位描述
l 服务专员Service Administrator
Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative supports to the center
- Receptionist duties at center entrance e.g. handling calls, greeting visitors, answering internal and external enquiry
- Assist and support enrollment, close attendance, and oversee customer service
- Product and toy sales

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree & above
- Work experience in service industry is preferable
- Should be proficient in English and Mandarin with good communication skills
- Hands on experience in word, excel and e-mail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work with diversified group of people
- Pleasant appearance and personality
- Mature, helpful, self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
