Job Description:

1.To liaise closely with all internal and external resources, including translators, DTP team members, editors, engineers, QA etc to ensure timely delivery of projects as per the client’s requests.
2.To support and lead all members of the team.(PM and junior PM)
3.To manage clients’ needs and expectations and to respond as necessary.
4.To provide clients with quotations as per their requests and specifications
5.To establish, maintain and develop client relationships.
6.To conduct risk analysis and root cause analysis of the projects managed by your team as necessary.
7.To trouble shoot issues regarding projects managed by you and your team
8.To drive the creation of project plans and account setup, and to identify all project stakeholders.
9.To manage spend effectively in order to meet financial targets.

Job Requirements:

1.4 years + translation/localization field experience.
2.Strong oral and written skills both in English and Chinese
3.Managing the multi-language projects and enough facing the client experience independently
4.Degree level education. Language degrees and MA qualifications welcomed
5.Team leading experience
6.Proven good people, communication and negotiation skills.

One of our key client teams are currently looking for the right person to join their team as a Client Account Manager (Project Manager) able to offer irresistible service in carrying out the following duties. This role is for a Beijing/China based team, although applications for homeworking will be considered.
