Sales Support
Working closely with Sales Colleagues and act as liaison between customer and factory. Provide customer service via telephone, E-mail, online access on question, sales orders, claims & delivery schedules etc. to ensure greatest customer satisfaction.
日常工作：支持内部销售同事，作为沟通协调客户和工厂各部门的桥梁，为客户提供更好的服务。通过电话，邮件，网上通话工具等与客户就订单，投诉，发货时间等进行沟通，提供高品质的服务。
Internal Coordinate
Interacting with Sales Colleagues for the discrepancy among orders, delivery and reconciliation, updates weekly/monthly sales report. Coordinate with production, logistic to make sure order accuracy, track and expedite orders. Checking with accounting for invoice and payment, provide the accurate data.
内部协调：在订单、发货、对账异常时与销售人员联系，为销售提供所需的数据报表；就DC库存及发货需求与生产及物流联系；就发票及汇款及库存情况与财务联系，提供准确及时的数据。

Requirements：

Sales admin or other related working experience销售行政相关的工作经验
 Strong ability to withstand pressure and the sense of responsibility较强的抗压力和责任感
be strong for communication and coordination较强的沟通协调能力
Computer basic knowledge (word, excel…).基本的计算机知识
