Key Responsibilities:

· Work with program manager to understand business requirement and develop test strategy for feature

· Design test plan and test enumeration

· Design and implement test automation framework to efficiently execute and verify test automation

· Manage test metrics and quality score card

· Design E2E integration testing suite and regression suite

· Be responsible for performance, scalability, reliability and security testing

· Troubleshoot live site and integration issues, regress/signoff changes to production

· Evaluate and adopt technologies and test methodologies which improve the team efficiency and platform capability

· Code review peer developer's code and provide constructive feedbacks to ensure consistency and quality of code

· Participate in hiring new test engineers

Qualifications:

· Strong Analytical Problem Solving Skill

· Solid computer science background including Algorithm, Data Structure, Operation System etc.

· Ability to quickly learn complexity system and new technologies

· Passion about customer , partner and quality

· Proven track record of testing commerce software product

· Deep Experience with C#/Java/C++ development.

· Experience in testing large scale distributed online services is big plus

· Experience in building billing payment system is preferred

· Experience with large distributed database design is preferred

· BS/MS in Computer science or related technical major is required.

· 5+ years of commercial software development.
