EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
? Deep understanding on product knowledge, vision and roadmap of Company Suite Finance area
? Assume end-to-end responsibility for Continuous Innovation products for Suite Finance area
? Product Management across the complete life Cycle of the products
? Ensure that the usability and UX design of the product is cutting edge
? Need to work efficiently with Interaction Designers and Visual Designers to ensure that product design and UI paradigms are in line with market expectations
? Position On Premise Finance products towards the market, partners and analysts in cooperation with Solution Owners
? Manage interaction with customers and user groups as product & business expert, act as interface for the field & solutions organization
? Roll-in detailed market/customer requirements and effectively prioritize backlog/investment options within Suite Finance area
? Coordinate and ensure delivery of products for Suite Finance area within the Continuous
Innovation product portfolio, especially China specific deliveries, be responsible for the product quality
Drive customer focused innovation and user group interaction
Approve or reject a product release, being accountable for the delivery, ensure product deliveries follow product strategy and portfolio decisions
Process efficiency based on LEAN and Agile principles
? Increase the market awareness as well as the adoption rate in our installed base
? Drive the growth of Company Business Suite aspects for Finance area

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
? Represent the Company product offerings internally and externally
? Very strong understanding of business processes related to the software application
? Strong product definition & management experience in business software
? Certification in the Company FI/CO application or equivalent practical experience
? Keep abreast of the current competitive landscape in Finance worldwide
? Knowledge in IFRS and GAAP is required
? Good understanding of software delivery models like On Premise and SaaS
? University degree or above in area of responsible relevant major
? Minimum of 5 years of track record in relevant Product/Solution Management or Consulting roles
? Work pro-actively and independently to drive strategic initiatives and set up working models
? Proven ability to inspire and influence customers, partners and team
? Ability to drive communication at all levels
? Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills, ideally combined with a strong sense for positioning and messaging
? English proficiency in both written and verbal communication
? Creative problem solving skills and strong work ethic
? Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
? Good understanding of the software development life cycle and Scrum methodology is a
plus
? Strong design skills in software solutions is a plus

WORK EXPERIENCE
? 5+ years business experience in the solution management, product management, presales, consulting or support at Finance Area
? Experience in Company software development is a plus
