职位描述
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
? Translate package business case into clear scope, considering target markets, real-life best practices, commercialization aspects and channel strategy in alignment with Solutions GTM, Field Services, and Product teams, as well as with charter customers and partners
? Lead the package team-of-ten as product/package owner and provide direction and support in an agile way
? Willingness / Agility to shift focus according to business needs and portfolio
? Deliver core enablement material for the package and ensure for availability of package pricing
? Participate in expert testing and sign off package for release
? Provide expert support for launch and enablement activities
? Build and maintain personal relationship with selected lighthouse customers
? Pro-actively seek customer, partner and market feedback for continuous improvement of the packages (including maintenance / upgrades / new versions / retirements of existing packages)
WORK EXPERIENCE
? Experience in delivering Business Analytics solutions (BI, EPM, GRC), BW and HANA
? Experience in conceptualizing Business Analytics solutions and validating with customers will be an added advantage
? Expertise in industry or LoB business processes and software solutions in at least one industry or LoB
? Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership track record in relevant Product/Solution Management and/or Consulting roles
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
? Business owner mindset with a deep understanding of the entire value chain from strategy and portfolio through development to go-to-market and sales yet delivery focused and where needed being hands-on
? Very strong understanding of business requirements you have gained this expertise first-hand in customer-facing roles
? Broad knowledge of overall product and solution portfolio and strategy
? Good understanding of Business Analytics portfolio (BI, EPM, GRC)
? SAP BW and/or SAP HANA product knowledge
? Project management skills
? Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills, ideally combined with a strong sense for positioning and messaging
? Can-do-attitude; focus on execution, delivery and results
? Willingness to learn and continuously innovate
