Duties & Responsibility:
1) Responsible for implementation and administration of HR general operations in China by leading one small team
2) Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill all openings
3) Facilitate managers to identify training needs and deliver training along with local vendors
4) Work closely with managers to enhance team and individual performance management by implementing and reinforcing corporate performance process
5) Co-ordinate all employee communication event and employee relation tasks
6) Act as facilitator and advisor to BU management

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in the full spectrum of human resource functions, preferable in hi-tech industry
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Good execution, well-organized, self motivated
- Good communication skill and analytical skill
- fluent in oral and written English a plus
- Team work style, flexible and result oriented
