Job Description
l Weekly forecast and revenue report
l Snap /Quarterly forecast
l Annual budget for China
l Budget control, actual vs budget variance analysis
l Quarterly analysis package China : Revenue, Spending, Headcount and Productivity, Contribution Margin, Sales commission
l Pricing/ Discount, rebate analysis
l Business model analysis
l Partner credit review
l Quarterly financial package on revenue, orders, headcount, productivity, expenses
l Other business analysis support required by management
l Responsible for managing and monitoring all finance operation to ensure company's accounting systems in good implementation
l Manage the month end closing process and prepare Magnitude reports for on time submission;
l Manage consolidation of all accounting and budgeting reports
l Take charge of tax issues and study
l Provide guidance to subordinates on accounting and FP&A
l Communicates effectively within the team and with internal and external customers and data providers,
l Internal & external audit preparation;
Requirements:
l Bachelor degree, major in accounting or Financial management.
l Preferably have prior supervisory experience
l Minimum 8 years working experiences in accounting and business analysis related field, 4 years experiences in business analysis a plus
l Professional qualification is preferred : Chinese CPA
l Strong communication skills
l Good command of English
