Basic Function:
Under the supervision of the Supervisor- Customer Service, Asia Pacific, responsible for quotation/order processing and daily communication with internal departments and external customers.
JD:
1 Provide quality service and act as a key contact point for Kohler Distributors.
2 Performance accurate system entry on inquiries, quotations, orders and other related document in a timely manner
3 Process and track inquiries, quotations, orders and other procedures by coordination with different departments according to the Company Policy and Standard Operation Procedure
4 Communicate with internal departments eg. Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to perform coordination on internal processes
5 Liaise with internal plants on the production, delivery and shipment schedule to meet the delivery request from customers.
6 Communicate with external customers on all customer service related issues
7 To assist supervisor to provide the sales report and other reports requested.
8 Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
1 Reports to Supervisor –Customer Service, Asia Pacific
2 Frequent contact with Kohler Distributors and Project Accounts.
3 Frequent internal contacts with Manufacturing Plants, Sales Office, Marketing Dept., Finance Dept. and other Supply Chain Dept. in Kohler
Requirement:
1. College or above graduate with good language skills, major in International Trading is an added asset
2. 4 years previous experience with import/export trading or international logistics business
3 Fluency in both oral and written English
4 Familiar with MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software’s
5 Good Interpersonal/Communication skills
6 Experience with SAP system
