The Business:
CDG business basically is cross-LoB driven and support all Company's line of business including T&R, Benefits, RCS and investment. CDG focus on client development to use client development skills to develop client relationship, identify client's needs and propose consulting solutions. CDG is one of the critical teams to build profitable, long-term client relationship.
The Role:
Support AM, MC to plan, organize and follow up annual TMO planning sessions, including national industry research, planning sessions and annual business plan
Provide administrative support to AMC and other senior CRM to monitor and execute TMO activities and financial results, which include, TMO monthly activities and sales pipelines tracking, contract negotiation, ICF meetings
Collaborate across organisational boundaries with a global mindset, in both company and the client organisation
Key Metrics:
Timely and accurate TMO reports
# of ICF meeting planned and conducted
Industry research quality and timeliness
