Job Description:

1. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing process

2. Preparation of company legal financial statements in accordance with statutory reporting requirements, preparation of Corporate financial statements and standard reporting package

3. Performing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and quarterly balance sheet review

4. Calculation of Business Tax, VAT, Stamp Duty, etc, preparation of tax returns, and performing monthly/quarterly/annual filing

5. Inter company charges and reconciliations

6. Bank accounts annual inspection, and foreign exchange examination

7. Branch financial information and tax issues

8. Annual audit, Annual internal audit

9. Participate in related Plan/FCS/Snap preparation and review

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree , major in accounting or relevant major

2. 6+ years working experiences in accounting related field, 3 years experiences in GL

3. Having experience in IT industry will be advantage

4. Having professional qualification is a plus, such as Chinese CPA

5. Good communication skills and team working

6. Good command of English
