职位描述
Responsibilities
· Orchestrate large, complex or strategic Services project opportunities in APJ
· Pro-actively identify, drive and negotiate business opportunities together with the local Sales and Consulting/Education Teams and in tight alignment with our Services management
· Develop the value proposition, differentiated offering and the roadmap to closure for concrete project opportunities
· Ensure solution proposal creation and delivery in time to the customer with right quality and minimized costs and appropriate use of HEI portfolio of services.
· Ensure engagement of all relevant internal functions throughout the sales cycle
· Ensure application of Services policies, governance processes (risk reviews, price calculations, governance councils incl. business case creation, contract creation etc.) and secure conformity with Corporate Controlling and Legal Guidelines
· Maintain accurate, timely and documented pipeline and revenue forecasts in alignment with APJ Services Sales leadership and provide appropriate updates to APJ Services Management
· Establish, protect and cultivate customer relationships to exploit follow-up opportunities
Experience
· Minimum10 years of Professional Services experience, with a minimum of 3 years in SAP.
· Demonstrated expertise and a history of success in consultative selling of large deals in the region are required.
· Deep knowledge of Consulting
· Business acumen, focus on bid management and revenue generation
· Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
· Pro-active and success driven with a "can do" attitude
· Highly customer-oriented
· Strong leadership and bid management skills
· Strong Team player
· Customer/account management experience in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive professional Services environment required.
· Experience with multi-country operations activities
· Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
