Job Title: Manager of Asian Fertility Clinic (AFC) 亚洲区域 医疗生殖诊所经理

The Clinic Manager acts as a resourcepoint for all medical clinic personnel by; managing and guiding, supervising and suggesting based on established policies and procedures.

The Manager will oversee various aspects of the practice in order to optimize success.

Some of the duties required to accomplish this task are listed below:

• Supervising and directing the work of all employees. Working with medical clinic employees to ensure that each employee understands their job description, the desired results associated with their work.
• Recruiting, selecting, and training non-physician staff. Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Identifies and oversees medical supply inventory: medications, nitrogen and etc.
• Physician/management meetings: establishes agenda in consultation with physicians; prepares data for meeting; contributes to decision-making
• Ensures at all times the Clinic consistently operates in a high quality manner. Makes sure that practice is running efficiently to keep patient satisfaction high
• Takes lead making sure the practice goals for profit and Loss are met including revenue, expenses and budgeting
• Works with Marketing Manager to aid in the development and execution of marketing initiatives
• Solves problems related to physicians, patients and practice staff
• Supervises, as required, the staff in the conduct of clinical care.
• Provides consistent weekly communication to the NLGN CEO, ensuring that information, reports, and materials are provided, to clearly describe clinic activities and progress toward agreed upon objectives.
• Available to staff at all times to respond to emergencies and answer questions.
• Available to patients,through clinical staff to answer questions and relay information regarding their care
• Performs other appropriate duties as requested by NLGN CEO.
• Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.

• Able to communicate and relate well with patients, physicians and other clinical staff.
• Able to provide innovative input into the development of the Clinic and its processes.
• Efficient, organized and accurate.
