Role Purpose
Responsible Develop Tissot FFS in China; site check, document preparation, approval coordination, SOP implementation IT.

Retail Development
? Develop / modify / update FFS China according to Tissot HQ strategy
? Search / evaluate location
? Coordinate with Merchandising Department for design / installation

Administration
? FFS documents preparation and approval
? Contract follow up with Franchisee

Training
? Understand training needs
? Coordinate with training department to provide training to FFS retail staff

Business Monitor
? Target setting, action, followup
? Operation control system

Marketing / Merchandising
? Planning / coordination - promotion / road show / other marketing program, with Marketing
? Merchandising tools / display


Requirements:
? At least 3 years experience in retail industry
? Bachelor Degree
? Good excel skill and data analysis
? Fluent spoken and written in English.
? Self-motivated and discipline.
? Team player, patient, honest and with liability
? Shining and fashion appearance, passionate personality
