职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责门诊导诊工作，定期与患者联络与信息沟通；
2、负责现场患者（83%为外籍人士）商业医疗保险处理和接待工作；
3、负责check out、医生出诊情况和票据报销；
4、负责其他相关工作。

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，精通英语；
2、有良好的职业形象，工作积极、主动、灵活，热爱客户服务工作；
3、具有良好的沟通与协调能力；
4、细心、耐心、服务意识好；对工作勤奋、对公司忠诚；
5、具有相关岗位经验或护理工作经验者优先考虑。


福利待遇：
1、按国家规定为员工缴纳五险一金；
2、除11天法定放假日外，员工还可以享受10天带薪年假、5天全薪病假；
3、免费班车、饭补等；
4、公司上班时间为周一至周五：10:00-18:00
