工作职责
1.负责设备的采购下单，确定所下订单数量、型号、规格、尺寸、货款等；
2.跟进每个项目设备的到货情况，开机调试，开机培训完成及记录存档；
3.管理所有项目设备的保修保养，记录跟踪和回复客户；
4.负责每天记录及汇总客户对设备的投诉，及时安排售后人员及时到现场解决问题，以便及时解决售后问题；
5.负责协调好各现场经理，协调好货运到达时间，并提前通知现场经理预计到达时间；
6.完成领导交给的其他任务。
岗位要求
1、大专以上学历，1-2年工作经验，优秀的应届毕业生亦可；
2、做事沉稳，思维严谨，认真负责；
3、沟通表达能力优秀，善于团队协作；
4、往售后总协方向培养发展。
