Job Requirements:
A. Business Development:
1. Perform high standard of implementation of the branch strategies and action plans
2. Analyze and make good use of customer behaviors and information to stimulate new business leads.
3. Achieve overall production/activity target and all respective lines of business targets.
4. Develop in-depth knowledge of competitor products and identify unique selling points of Zurich products.
5. Develop long-term relationships with key personnel within each agency/broker that resemble partnerships.
6. Make sales calls and visits as often as possible for field coaching and business promotion.
7.Implement the training plan to business partners to enhance their production results to Zurich.
B. Business Support:
1. To build and maintain close relationship with selective partners
2. To monitor the credit position of distribution channel.
3. To support BD manager for administration work like premium / invoice collection and confirmation, etc
4. Other administrative support to the Manager
Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree with major in Insurance will be a plus
2. 3 years working experience in General Insurance, mainly focus on Sales & Distribution
3. Good relationship with brokers and agency
4. A team player with good communication skill
5. Good planning and organization skills
