高级设备维修主管-有PCB/电子行业设备维护经验优先
工作职责：
1. 负责广州二厂的设备维修、设备保养及设备改善等管理；
2. 管理工程和维修团队，负责工厂所有设备设施的维修与保养；
3. 针对设备自动化实现的改善及环保（节能减排改善等），如电镀车间、内层蚀刻、OSP线、防焊无尘室温湿度、钻房温度等改良项目；
4. 负责设备维护TPM改善，针对全厂设备进行体检并且建立工作计划进行改善；
5. 根据按单制造的特征以及设备的故障分析，制订并实施预防性维修计划和备品备件策略，确保设备设施的正常运行；
6. 设立并带领部门团队竭力完成设备设施的维护成本目标；
7. 实施工程项目改进，持续提高生产效率，降低生产成本。
任职要求：
1. 机电工程、机电一体化、机械电子相关专业大专或以上学历；
2. 5年以上电子（PCB/PCBA，印刷线路板、软性电路板等）设备维护经验，至少2年以上团队管理经验；
3. 熟悉设备工艺的改造，能推行改善项目的实施，具备较强的沟通协调能力和推动力。
