工作地点：Beijing



An administrative and operational role within the Human Resources department.


Main Responsibilities:

Ø Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Ø Assist in the execution of major HR programs

Ø Process staff movement formalities

Ø Maintain Human Resource Information System (Talent Tree) records and compiles reports from database

Ø Collect and interpret updated local regulations and governmental policies to ensure legal compliance

Ø Assist Performance & Development Review process, assist to carry out action plan to improve performance and engagement

Ø Assist implementation of employee Survey

Ø Keep departmental files

Ø Provide secretarial and logistic support to team members

Ø Other duties/tasks assigned



Requirements:

Ø Bachelor degree or above

Ø 2 years related working experience in HR function in multinational organization

Ø Be familiar with labor law and government rules & regulations

Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a service oriented attitude

Ø Good planning, organizational, and administrative skills

Ø A positive team player, independent, details and results oriented

Ø Proficient computer skills in data processing, reporting and presentation

Ø Good command of English both in speaking and writing
