position
interior designer

to cope with our rapid expansion of business, we are looking for talented professionals to join our creative design team. we are looking for mid-level interior designers and you will have the opportunity to work on various creative projects. you must have some experience in various scale projects, such as retail, educational, corporate and hospitality projects. you should have a great eye for design, and the ability to generate new ideas and interpretations. you also should have solid communication and project planning skills, being self-directed, able to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment and be fluent in English and Mandarin.

responsibilities
? reports to the project director and/or senior designer
? generating conceptual design solutions, awareness and response to time planning for projects
? manage and follow up the whole process of projects from concept stage to completion
? liaise with clients, contractors and consultants
requirements
? diploma or Certificate Holder in interior design and related disciplines
? 3-5 years experience in local building construction industry and interior design projects
? knowledge in local regulations and submissions
? practical experience in producing interior design details & construction drawings
? proficiency in auto-cad, 3D max, photo shop and other graphic soft wares
? effective in team playing and interpersonal skills
? diligent and passionate at work, detailed oriented, independent, responsible and creative
? strong presentation and communication skills
? proficient in spoken and written in Mandarin and English
? site management experience is an advantage
? willing to travel
? available immediately
? candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of junior interior designer
