Main Responsibility:
1.Based on the financial accounting information, review and prepare management and other ad hoc reporting as required by the departments and management of the company
2.Prepare annual budget and rolling forecasts, analyse and explain major variance between actual and budget. Monitor and drive the results as per the budget.
3.Liaise, discuss and follow up with regional office and internal departments for monthly management reporting, budget variance and other management reporting related matters.
4.Provide management and financial information and make pro-active recommendations to help to drive Company's business
5.Manage a small reporting team to deliver the requirements of the Company
6.Participate in developing and liaise with financing accounting team to enhance financial systems for financial and management reporting.
7.Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1.Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with professional qualification.？
2.At least 3 years' commercial accounting experience in retail industry with minimum 3 years' managerial experience in MNC.
3.Solid experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, management reporting and business operation flow.
4.Exposure in handling accounting and management reporting issues is an asset.
5.Excellent understanding of local regulatory requirements, technical knowledge and up-to-date accounting standards.
6.Hands on experience in ERP System, preferably SAP.
7.Excellent analytical, organizational and management skill.
8.Mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
9.Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
