Job Summary:
Sells VWR’s products and services (via website, telephone, or e-mail) to selected customer segments, ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support together with field sales.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
2. Active interaction with customers by calls, mails, edm，flyers or other social medias.
3. Works persistently to acquire new accounts and lead generation in assigned territory or customer base.
4. Take care of customer life cycle management, include acquisition, nursery, development and prevent lapsing.
5. Routine works like quotation, order receiving, follow-up to POs, marketing campaign execution, manage customer profile and may visit customer upon needs, etc.
6. Support to field sales, especially for key accounts; also need to take care of middle-to small accounts with ownership.
7. Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
Qualifications Qualifications:
1.College degree or above, major in biology/science will be preferred.
2.1-3 years of relevant experience in sales assistant, customer service or marketing specialist. Experienced on telesales script as preferred.
3.Good communication skills and clear mandarin pronunciation. Proficiency in written English and computer skills.
4.Outgoing, confident, patient personality and customer oriented attitude.
5.Team player， high ethic standard, and also desire for a long-term career in sales.
