Key Responsibilities



1. Own the E-travel product roadmap and pipeline for both of web-based and mobile tools

2. Any input, feedback, suggestions, requests on the E-travel tool and its functionalities should be log and raise to company's management to support the definition of the E-travel road map.

3. Be responsible for the inquiries, handle all kinds of E-travel application emergencies which come from the client to ensure they can smoothly use online application

4. Be involved in the analysis of internal / external client’s requirements

5. Leading E-travel operation team and ensure team can provide on-going overall operational support to E-travel related activities, including E-travel help desk trouble shooting, on-going technical support, basic data maintenance and quality management，implementation, internal training activities, technical solution consulting, etc.

6. Support sales and client manager team on as needed basis to promote E-Travel solution to new and existing customer.

7. Champion, as project manager, E-travel related tactical and strategic initiatives.

8. Complete through project documentation including customized project plans, readiness assessments, meeting notes and database updates.

9. Cross work with other business dept or global team to develop the adoption rate of E-travel product





Skills and Competencies



1. Four yrs or above B2B E-commerce Product Manager experience on both of web based and mobile app

2. Four yrs or above people management experience.

3. Knowledge on Microsoft SQL / JAVA development / Web service development / SSO

4. Having the working experience on B2B E-product deployment and promote

5. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to influence both internally and externally

6. Travel industry working experience will be more preferred

7. Strong English verbal/written communication skills, and capable of working under pressure with little or no supervision

8. Strong PowerPoint and related presentation skills

9. Positive thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, analytical & articulate.

10. College degree and above
