曼恒在行业内率先提出应用程序与3D技术相结合的全新概念---AB3D（Application Base on 3D）。基于该理念曼恒于2010推出了自主研发的三维虚拟仿真平台DVS3D系统，该系统为航空、能源、国防、医学和科研等领域提供进行三维虚拟设计、装配和训练等应用，极大地推动了我国在高端领域广泛使用虚拟仿真技术的进程。在此基础上，曼恒开拓了基于互联网的跨平台3D内容服务平台，该平台将通过Web3d技术打造新的互联网媒介，为教育、科研、游戏、影视、广告、工程设计等行业提供三维数字化内容服务，加快普及3D走技术进家庭、娱乐和商业等场所，引领全新的互联网媒介时代创新发展。
曼恒始终以用户需求为导向，先后为华为、江苏电力、中国人民解放军沈阳空军等重要单位提供全方位技术解决方案，开发基于三维技术的平台和系统，逐步形成在三维图形领域的核心竞争力。曼恒的技术创新和业绩增长受到媒体和行业的广泛关注，2008年受邀参加CCTV9外语频道采访，2010年日本NHK电视台对曼恒的创业故事进行了专访。
曼恒创始人和曼恒具有强烈的社会责任感和远见卓识，积极参与社会公益和大学生创新创业活动，出资150万元成立“曼恒创新基金”社会公益基金，在上海理工大学等多所高校鼓励和发掘创新人才和创新项目，激发和引领更多的有志、有为青年创业、创新，推动上海IT科技科学发展。

2007年3月上海曼恒数字技术有限公司正式成立。

2007年获得第一个软件产品著作权和软件产品登记证书。

Graphic Design Information Co.,Ltd (GDI) is a leading R & D institution and supplier of virtual reality technology in China.
GDI is also a Shanghai High-tech enterprise as well as a listed software enterprise fully supported municipal Science and Technology.
GDI was funded by Virtual Simulation Technology specialist Denny Zhou and Venture capitalists Xia xiaohui in 2007.
GDI has been awarded Ministry of Science and Technology Innovation Fund, Shanghai Science and Arts Innovation Award, the most dynamic scientific and technological enterprise and number of honorary titles. Including shanghai GDI has its Branches in Beijing and Chengdu.
GDI devotes its mind to products and services of 3D graphic design and virtual simulation. “3D technology, create virtual world” is development concept of GDI, keep promoting the innovation and development of 3D virtual technology. GDI is always persevering to the research and development of its original product and technological innovation. Rely on the abundant IT practitioners and rich expect wisdom in Shanghai, GDI has created a practical and experienced R & D team over years so called GDI 3D graphics technology institute and its scale now is over 100 members.
GDI proposed a brand new concept to integrate 3D technology into real application – AB3D (Application Based on 3D). Base on the very concept GDI has developed a 3D virtual simulation platform DVS3D. DVS3D serves Aviation, energy, defense, medical and scientific research fields. It provides 3D virtual design, Assembly and training applications and greatly speeded up the process of using virtual reality technology in High-end segment in China. Based on DVS3D GDI has developed web based cross platform 3D content service system. By using Web3d technology to create new media over internet which provides 3D digital services for education, scientific research, games, television, advertising and engineering design. Lead 3D technology into Family, entertainment and commercial applications, bring the Internet media into its next generation.
GDI is most customers oriented. GDI has provided total solution proposals for Huawei, Jiangsu National Grid, People's Liberation Army Shenyang Air Force and other important facilities to develop 3D technology based platforms and systems. GDI gradually formed Core competitiveness in virtual reality industry. Its Technological innovation and performance growth is widespread concerned by the social media and industries. In 2008 GDI was invited by CCTV9 to the international Channel interview. In 2010 NHK Japan has also interviewed GDI for its entrepreneurial story.
Since GDI Founders have their strong sense of social responsibility and Visionary, Actively participate in social welfare and university innovation activities become a part of the daily routine of GDI. GDI has also donated 1.5 million RMB to form “GDI Innovation Fund” which has been awarded to talents for their innovative projects from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology as well as students from other universities. “GDI Innovation Fund” is to inspire and guide aspiring young people to their entrepreneurship, innovative career as many as possible, so that to help the future development of Shanghai IT science and technology.
GDI Development Events
The ManHeng enterprise was established on march 2007.
“ManHeng Innovation Foundation” was established in the year of 2007, with the aim at promoting public welfares, encouraging innovative activities and exploring innovative talents.
We successfully obtained the first software copyright and the software product registration certificate in the year of 2007.
We obtained, in succession, 16 software copyright certificates and 14 software product registration certificates from the year 2008 to 2011.
We were assessed as a software enterprise in Shanghai in the year of 2008.
We were provided a discount government loans from the shanghai ministry of finance in the year of 2008.
We were granted a permission, in the year of 2008, to start our software business, which was heavily stressed by the Shanghai Committee of Science and Technology.
We carried out an outstanding exposition in Singapore, in company with the international scientific conference SIGGRAPH 2008.
We received the innovation fund for the technological middle and small enterprises in 2008 from the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology, and we were offered the same kind of fund from the Shanghai Committee of Science and Technology in 2009.
We proposed initiatively the totally new concept “AB3D”, which stands for Application based on 3D.
We were offered the quality management system certificate, signed by the state ISO09001.
We carried out an outstanding exposition in Japan, in company with the international scientific conference SIGGRAPH 2009.
We were awarded “the most dynamic science and technology enterprises” by the Shanghai city in the year of 2009.
We carried out an outstanding exposition in Korea, in company with the international scientific conference SIGGRAPH 2010.
We released our independent developed Virtual Reality (VR) simulation platform DVS3D, which promotes the advance of VR simulation in the field of high-end manufacturing.
We were awarded the “high-tech enterprise” in the year of 2011.
Manheng Weitu (Shanghai), a software technology enterprise limited, was founded as a branch of Manheng in the year of 2011.
The Manheng research institute of 3D graphical technology was established in the year of 2011.
We were awarded the Shanghai Star Software Enterprises in the year of 2011.
Our independent research and developed products were awarded “the excellent software product 2011” in the year of 2011.
The CEO, Mr. Qinghui ZHOU, was awarded the “Shanghai IT top ten youths” of the tenth session, in the year of 2011.
Mr. Zheng HAN, the member of Chinese central committee and Shanghai mayor,
presented in Manheng for a guide study tour.
We carried out an outstanding exposition in Hangkong as an exhibitor's identity, in company with the international scientific conference SIGGRAPH ASIA 2011.
