The HP Sales Operations team is looking for an Account Operations Manager with relevant experience and knowledge gained from working in business operation of multinational organization.
The primary requirements and job functions are:
? Develop and execute operation plan to support Account Strategic Business planning and contribute to business or function wide solutions that impact multiple business units
? Develop relationship with key operational end customer contacts and improve TCE
? Develop efficient & effective process improvement & simplification solution and pipeline line management
? Typically partners with internal clients at peer level
Skills Requirement
? Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation). Advanced skills in MS Office (PPT, Excel, and Word). Understanding and usage of Project Management tools and resources like MS Project. Storyboarding skills and ability to work with incomplete and unstructured data to derive insights and provide recommendations.
? Ability to see the "big" picture and drive resolution to open issues; ability to clearly estimate, identify, and communicate specific business objectives in an uncertain analytical environment.
? Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
? Demonstrated analytical and quantitative capabilities
? Technology oriented and comfortable with understanding and analyzing technology concepts
? Ability to research, analyze, synthesize & evaluate complex issues of diverse scope and creativity in solving complex problems
? Must be very comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment and adapting to a quickly changing competitive landscape and field sales requirements
? Must have the ability (patience, persistence) to do detailed analysis, often working with contacts in delivery, portfolio, business units & sales , as well as stakeholders in the regions
? Experience in working with fast turnaround times, yet maintaining high quality
? Intercultural & international awareness / experience
? Ability to work in cross functional teams
Experience & Background
? First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
? Typically 3-5 years of related experience of related experience, preferably in sales operation, supply chain, customer service, Channel, Reseller business environment
? Typically 1-2 years of experience supporting large accounts
? Sales/sales management background is a plus
