Key Responsibilities:
? To follow importation of goods,local customs and delivery to boutique
? To supervise the local warehouse/the 3PL supplier and control cost.
? To follow all movements between boutiques or other entities (return, transfers, destruction, …)
? To coordinate samples sales, stock take, local events, staff uniform,press transfers, etc.
? To supervise local carriers, broker, transportation and control cost.
? To ensure high level of security for products
? To implement and ensure best working practices to present stock loss
? To supervise storage in boutique and provide guideline/best practice to boutique team
? To assist daily boutique staff in case of problem relating sales, refunds, credit notes, missing information, etc.
? To control all exportation of goods (documentation to export, customs, CITES), select the correct carrier and coordinate the shipment at destination
? To train key users on logistic, transport, stock management
? To update ERP information, produce KPI and operational reports
? To liaise with Central Logistic and IT Department

? Time management, travel around country
