l University degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, 5 years working experience in the power or mechanical/electrical engineering industry.

l Familiar Insulation material manufacturing process, understand Insulation material test(mechanical, electrical), have experience for insulation products inspection
熟悉绝缘材料生产工艺，了解绝缘材料性能试验（机械性能，电气性能）具备绝缘零件检验经验
职责：
l Leading of product qualifications on local market:
负责产品在当地市场的认证
- Set-up of the product qualification team
成立产品认证小组
- Organization of meetings with suppliers
组织与供应商的各种会议
- Leading of approval process with product owners
负责与产品所有者关于产品认证的审核流程
- Analyses of risks on delay or product conformity
产品延期或产品符合程度风险分析
- According to FA I&T plan requirements to carry out inspection in order to guarantee the Product quality
根据首件检验计划的要求对产品进行检验，确保产品质量
- Completeness and correctness verification of Q-documentation;
核对质量文件的完整及正确性
- Quantity inspection;
数量检验
- Review and sign Shipping Release Note according to product inspection result.
根据产品检验结果核查并签发发货放行通知
- File documentation of the product qualification process

- Collection of feedback from trial orders and communication with purchasing department
收集来自试订单的反馈意见并负责与采购部进行沟通
- To report immediately to EDQ Manager on serious defects, serious property undulation on products, serious deviations on operations.
及时向工程质量经理汇报产品的重大质量缺陷、严重质量波动、严重操作不当。
l To be acquainted with the Project Master Schedule and the purchasing schedule for the assigned project.
熟知项目总体计划及项目的采购计划。
l To follow up on a regular basis the progress of purchasing orders.
定期跟踪采购定单的进展情况。
l In the event that a supplier’s delay jeopardizes the implementation of the Project Master Schedule, to forecast the delivery time and to expedite by all necessary means in order to reduce the delay as much as possible.
如发生供应商延误交货而影响到项目总体计划的实施，应及时重新预测交货期 并采取所有必要措施以尽量减小延误造成的影响。
l Participation on experience response meeting on request of the ABP experience response manager
参加由相关经理发起的，ABP内部召集的质量情况澄清会。
