职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司研发及产品生产过程的元器件的询价、采购，全力支持并加速物料进程；
2、及时掌握最新市场讯息，包括与供应商维持良好的合作关系，并了解供应商的能力、需求及有竞争力的产品线；
3、建立并维护元器件库；
任职要求：
1、采购电子元器件3年以上的工作经验，并在供应商开发方面有足够的经验和渠道（最重要的一条）；
2、对电子元器件的用途、性能比较了解；
3、在谈判技巧、谈价议价、供应商开发或者有客户资源等各方面有优势；
4、为人正直、无私，对生活和工作有上进心、充满激情；
