The Opportunity

B5M is looking to bring in an energetic new Director of Product Implementation to help catapult the company into becoming one of the top four mostrecognizable sites in China. The Director of Product Implementation will report directly to the Senior VP of Business Development and Sales and interface with the product and business development teams to manage the delivery of our products to clients. He/she will be responsible for the following:

1) Communicate customer feedback and requests to the business teams

2) Market Requirement Analysis

a. Analyze and prioritize information feed from the business teams and translate into actionable product improvement plans for the development teams

b. Document the requests in MRD (Market Requirement Document)

c. Communicate requests to Customer Support, Professional Services and internal product development teams.

3) Participate in technical discussions with the internal teams in the product definition document (PRD) generation process and track the delivery of MRD requirements

4) Communicate Roadmap and delivery schedule to the business teams and manage the product development team's progress

5) Professional Services and Customer Support Team Management

a. Oversee the planning and plan execution of the PS and CS team

b. Motivate the PS and CS team members to strive for excellence and monitor their performance

c. Mentor direct reports in their professional development

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the perfect combination of superior leadership, organizational and communication skills. This person must be able to balance priorities and organizational resources, and have the tenacity to follow through on projects with potentially long lead times.

Qualifications
- 7+ years experience on a managerial role in R&D, professional services or consulting
- Prior experience in search and data-mining technology preferred
-Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields from a top tier institution. Master degree preferred.
-Fluency in Chinese and English
