职位描述
1) Job Purpose
Act as the key interface between Risk Management, Group and the Branch in assessing and mitigating risks within the Branch’s business processes to assist and support Branch’s implementation of Risk Management Strategies and Policies effectively.
2) Principle Accountabilities
Localize risk policies and align risk processes to the principal of Bank Group
Act as the key interface between Risk Management, Head Office and the Branch in assessing risk within the Branch’s business processes
Ensure compliance with prevailing regulations / guidelines
Meet timeline for various reporting (including the ad-hoc, self-check reporting)
Staff engagement
3) Qualifications & Competencies
Qualification
？ Degree holder.
？ At least 5 years relevant exposure to Credit and Operations functions 3 years managerial experience
Competencies
？ Analytical thinking
？ Interpersonal communication skill
？ Relevant technical knowledge and exposures to Credit and Operations functions
4) Major Challenges
a) Cultivate risk awareness culture.
b) Implementing the various risk management policies endorsed by the Bank.
c) Establishing a risk management process and structure and constantly monitoring / updating the risk profile of the Branch.
d) Monitoring and recommending action on various risks:- operational risk, credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk and etc.
e) Meet timeline for various reporting (including ad-hoc, self-check reporting).
f) Compliance with regulatory requirements.
