Responsibilities:
In this position you will need to Plans, creates, maintains and reviews Load and Performance tests, help improve the process of automatic and performance test. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Ability to analyze system monitoring reports from tools such as Jmeter/Load runner/ Fiddle, or others from application system servers (DB servers, Application servers, and Web servers)
2. Analyzes output generated from Load and Performance tests.
3. Monitors system performance metrics to ensure optimization.
4. Develop and maintain Java tools for automatic test.
5. Improve automatic test process.
6. Develops and maintains performance test scripts.
7. Provides technical support to help resolve testing customers' performance related problems/issues.
8. Improve performance test process.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
10. Knowledge of Linux.
11. Knowledge of system performance.
12. Acts as a technical leader within QA team.


Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3-4 years of software development experiences on web applications.
2. Good interpersonal, writing, and problem-solving skills;
3. Excellent skill of self-learning
4. Excellent troubleshooting skill
5. Fluent spoken and written English;
6. Driven, creative, and result oriented and good team worker
7. Proactive, hardworking, be able to work independently.
8. Performance testing experience will be a plus.
9. Bachelor degree of computer science or related, Master degree is preferred.
