工作内容：
1.接受公司培训。（有经验者可不接受培训，详情面谈。带薪培训）
2.部分初级交易员需要参加交易员晋级培训。
3.每日交易时间至少6小时。
4.高执行力：关注每次交易系统给出的进场，出场信号，并按照信号指示进行建仓，平仓操作。（交易系统会在培训期间给予指导。）
5.交易报告：报告时间，每星期一。交易员需要在每个星期一上交一份交易报告，对上星期的盈利，亏损情况做错总结。
如有大额（20%以上）的盈利或亏损，需要与其所在交易团队经理进行面谈。
6.亏损总结：总结时间，每星期一次，要与交易报告一同上交。总结内容：对上星期所有亏损的交易作出客观总结。
如因交易系统漏洞亏损为正常。如因个人情绪不稳定导致亏损，需要与其所在交易部经理进行面谈。但无需承担资金风险


薪资待遇:

初级交易员：待遇 : 6000 底薪 + 提成20% + 节假日福利 + 年终奖+五险一金 月薪可达7000元以上
中级交易员：待遇 : 10000 底薪 + 提成30%+ 节假日福利 + 年终奖 + 五险一金 月薪可达到1.2-1.8万元以上
高级交易员：待遇：15000底薪 + 提成40% + 节假日福利 + 年终奖 + 五险一金 月薪可达到2-3万元

Job description:

Salary:
