Semcon Product Information is currently
looking for an experienced Business and Team Manager for Telecom section based in
Beijing and responsible for all our telecom related product information business
in China.

Role and Responsibilities

• 
  Developing a
  competent telecom team that can meet increasingly demanding customer demands in
  China;
• Managing daily operations for telecom business and projects;
• Maintaining and developing customer relationship both at project level and senior managerial level;
• Developing new telecom business within the area of aftersales product information.

Professional Experience and Requirements

• 
  
  Clear and strong characteristics of leadership,
  decision making capabilities and problem solving skills
  
• Track record in effective customer relationship management as well as quality production and delivery of services to customers
• Over 8 years of experience in the telecom industry and preferably with a passion and genuine professional interests in telecom
  
• Specific knowledge and experience in the aftersales area in both technical and managerial terms are highly desirable
• Prior P&L-responsibility and a background of senior project management
• Experience in business development and the ability to identify, organize and support the telecom related business in China
