Key Job Duties and Responsibilities -

- Perform design, development, coding, testing, maintenance and documentation for software systems and applications
- Responsible for designing client, GUI, and server software
- Write and review design documents and specifications, develop software to specifications, fix coding errors, perform unit and integration testing, and develop procedures and scripts for testing automation


Qualifications/Knowledge and skills -

- BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience in languages: C++/C#, .NET, and MS Visual Studio environment is a MUST
> Experience with any of the following protocols is a strong advantage:
> Ethernet/IP/TCP/UDP
> Fiber Channel/ FCoE
> SAS/SATA/AHCI/iSCSI
> PCIe/NVMe
- Experience in scripting with Perl, Python, or Tcl is a plus
- Multithreaded/multiprocessor programming with .NET is a plus
- Experience with RPC/client-server designs is a plus
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, dedicated, focused, and has ability to meet very tight schedules and can work independently on projects and tasks with little supervision
