教育背景与培训经历/Education and training:
1、机械类或电子工程专业，中技及以上学历；
Graduated from technical school or above in mechanical or electrical engineering
2、具备一定的质检工作流程知识；
Must have the knowledge of work in process quality
3、具备一丝不苟的严肃认真的工作态度，在工作中坚持“安全第一”的原则；
Have the serious and conscientious work attitude, adhered to the principal of “quality first”

岗位专业技能、Professional requirements:
熟悉检验及测量的工作流程，熟练使用相关的检验设备及测量工具。
Is very familiar with measuring and inspection process and can use the equivalent measuring equipment with ease

必备工作经验/Necessary job experience:
Minimum 1 year concerned working experience
至少一年工作经验

岗位工作概要/General tasks
? Checks every machine very carefully in the assemble line and confirms with his signature that / 认真仔细检查装配线上的每台机器并确保各装配环节均已由责任人签字确认：
? The assembly record is couplet and all needed information filled in with al l the signatures need / 装配记录完整并所有必要信息都需要签名
1. All required documents are available and provided from the assembly line, like missing parts list, measuring records, quality documents provided from the suppliers / 所有必需的文件有效并由装配线提供，如欠件清单，测量记录，供应商质量文件
2. Checks visually if the machine is assembled with all the needed parts for the hand over /移交前，外观检查机床是否配有所有所需零件
3. Checks that there is now visual quality problem on the machine, like burrs, paint problems, damages, corrosion… / 检查机床无外观质量问题，如毛边，喷漆问题，损坏，腐蚀……
4. If there is any quality problem during the team handover which can not been solved immediately, he will inform his manger. /若在团队移交中出现不能立即解决的质量问题，通知经理
? Checks the assembly record regularly to make sure all the values and information are correctly filled in, in particularly geometrical accuracy / 定期检查装配记录确保所有测试值和信息正确填写，特别是几何精度
? Does some spot checking of the geometrical accuracy in the assembly line / 对装配线上几何精度做一些现场抽查
? He checks, if the machine in line follow the DFT regulation and obey the processes defined / 检查线上机床是否符合DFT规则，是否遵循所定程序
