Responsibilities:
? Communicate with guests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust, satisfaction and the company vision
? Practice upselling of food and beverages
? Learn menu and able to answer relevant questions about it
? Willing to learn about wines and relevant food accompaniment
? Attention to detail – table setting, environment, guests needs
? Inform guests of special offers
? Accuracy – ensure orders are recorded correctly
? Remove dishes, cutlery, glassware from tables or counters and take to assigned station
? Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
? Attend all training and use all learning
? Other task assign by line manager
