职位描述
The position is to provide process implementation, data analysis support and reports in terms of workforce planning and analytic to HR stakeholders.
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:
Workforce Planning & Analytics Project
Support the launch of global Workforce Planning & Analytics (WP&A) project with focus on deployment of WP&A processes and tools in Asia Pacific region.
Support integration of WP&A processes with other HR/Business processes in partnership with HR Leaders, HRBP, COEs, and key Skill Team/Operating members
Teach and raise awareness of WP&A using process and communication materials
Lead and represent BU needs leveraging internal/external benchmarking studies/reports
Support change management activities including communication and training
Build abilities and skills to leverage WP&A system to perform various workforce analytics, generate insights and tell stories.
Data Analytic Cycle Plan
Keep refining and improving HR Personal Organizational Plan data analytic cycle plan
Deliver data analytic products to AP HR business priority owners according to Data Analytic Cycle Plan
Perform ad-hoc data analytic and create presentation per requested by leaders
Introduce external benchmark and best practice into the organization
Set up standards for regional data analytic practices
HR Efficiency Studies
Support various HR efficiency studies and projects in order to improve HR team’s efficiency
Data Community
Lead AP regional HR data community and facilitate regular meetings
Create and maintain related documents related to data community activities
Candidate Specification
Education Qualification
Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Recourses or Business related area
No. of Years of Experience
5+ yrs of working experience as HR generalist in Human Resources
2+ yrs of data analytic experience will be preferred
Professional Exposure
(Technical Skills)Knowledge of WorkForce Plan, HR Governance experience is preferred;
Great Excel and PowerPoint skills, analytics and statistic knowledge and skills are mandatory
