职位描述
岗位职责：
1、作好公司重要会议记录；
2、负责起草、存档整理总经理签发文件；
3、负责接听电话、妥当应答，并做好电话记录；
4、掌握总经理的日程安排做好预约工作，安排商务旅行、签证办理；
5、负责总经理文件、信件、函电的接收和送达；
6. 负责安排董事总经理的外联活动及对外公共关系的维护；
7、面试提醒
8、协助总经理日常事务，完成总经理安排的其他工作。
行政类：
1、负责海外快递费用的月结；
2、安排联系公司项目竣工照拍摄
海外：
1、海外员工的考勤及工资单制作；（海外员工人数为10人左右）
2、海外办公室行政费用的支付提醒：（办公室租赁费、电话、网络费）
3、海外公司的证照及印章管理；
市场类：
1、负责项目信息记录及分配；
2、帮助组织市场部例会；
3、公司项目编号的开设及建立；
4、协助市场部参加CoreNet活动事宜；
任职资格：
1、公关、文秘、行政管理、市场营销等相关专业大专以上学历；
2、两年及以上相关工作经验；有建筑装饰行业相关经验者优先考虑；
3、形象好，气质佳；
4、优秀的中英文写作及口语能力，专业6级及以上，有海外留学经验者优先；
5、心理素质好，能承受工作压力
6、具备较好的亲和力，性格踏实稳重，待人接物热情周到；
