职位描述
Leadership
o Responsible for recruiting to the team
o Ensuring personal development opportunities for the staff
o Identifying relevant competence areas and close competency gaps related to graphics and mechanical design
o Responsible for compliance of Grundfos leadership skills / Business Excellence and Grundfos Values
o Carries out leadership role (has visions, inspires, motivates, coaches, facilitates, delegates)
o Being active to position and market the TM function internally in BD Suzhou
o Being a role model for the staff
o Can market the team’s services on other TM sites
Management
o Day-to-day management of staff including leave, overtime, employee appraisals and dialogue and performance management
o Establish, enforce and follow up on relevant KPIs for the competence center, ensuring a proper and healthy balance between throughput and quality
o Ensuring adherence with the Service Level Agreements
o Ensuring that Continuous Improvement initiatives takes place, whether it is linked with the global TM strategy process or not
o Ensure proper quality standards within the field of graphics and drawing deliveries
Coordination
o Align with relevant sister organizations, such as PDM and LAB regarding non specific TM issues
o Coordinate daily tasks with group management
Required Qualifications
o Proven business experience in heading/managing a function with the responsibility for graphical deliveries (preferably graphics design background, but alternatively from industrial or mechanical design).
o Former hands-on background as graphics designer, mechanical designer or industrial designer (preferably graphics design)
o Some basic knowledge about 3D design and animation would be an added advantage
o Basic knowledge of content management will be an added advantage
o >5 years of working experience
o Can “set direction”, but still being open, respectful in communication with staff
o Good abilities in ramping up a new competence area
o Somewhat fluent in English
o Being empowered; taking initiative
o Ability to live and perform in a “distance management” relationship with immediate superior, and with the local attention from the local host manager
